High pressure in the area will lead to a quiet and dry day today, with another cool night and patchy frost tonight. Rain and storm chances increase through the day Tuesday, especially during the afternoon and evening, as the next system approaches the area. This should lead to a stalled front in our area, which could also keep the rain chances hanging around into Wednesday. Another system tracks up the stalled front into the area for Wednesday night and Thursday, though for now, the best chances with this appear to remain to our south.
